TQSF gravity grader & destoner works for continuous separation of stone from a stream of grain.TQSF gravity grader & destoner is widely used for grading and destoning of granular grains and seeds
such as wheat, maize, peas, beans, by density. Light impurities like grass seeds, slag, soil and dust can also be removed by air cleaning efficiently.
TQSF gravity grader & destoner machine is popular in seed cleaning line, grain processing plant and flour mill
cleaning section. If necessary, equip the machine with independent air suction ducts to meet the requirement of steadyand large air volume.
The material falls into the drip baffle (B) in the feed box through the feed inlet (A), and the material is evenly covered throughout the width of the screen due to machine vibration.
The upper sieve surface (C) is automatically stratifiedaccording to the specific gravity and particle size of the material under the combined action of vibration and air flow.
The light mass flow with a small proportion becomes the material on the upper sieve surface which is discharged out of the machine by the tail.Lighter grains, grains,
dust and other impurities are drawn away by the suction vent (D), and thesuction volume is regulated by the butterfly damper (E).
Larger proportion of the material and the sandstone, clay pieces fall on the lower surface (F), air flow and screen surfacefriction in vibration under the combination of material and sand,
clay pieces to the tail and head end mobile screen surface classification.The heavy material flows towards the tail of the screen.
